This Saturday, 20 June 2026, we will meet at the Graduation 2026 ceremony. We are very happy to share this important moment with you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below you will find all the key information about the event. Please read it very carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

When and where are we meeting?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We invite you to the campus at 36 Kaw\u0119czy\u0144ska Street<\/strong> in Warsaw on Saturday, 20 June 2026<\/strong>. The first ceremony starts at 11:00 AM<\/strong>, and the second one at 3:00 PM<\/strong>. Please make sure which ceremony you are registered for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Important information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Graduates participating in the ceremony<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 the main ceremony will take place in Aula Magna;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 only students who registered for the event may participate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 each seat will be numbered and assigned according to the order of registration;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 please have the QR code you received during registration with you; those who did not receive a QR code should go to the Event Reception;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 only people with blue wristbands will be allowed to enter Aula Magna;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 please arrive earlier and take your assigned seats, especially if you selected the cap and gown option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accompanying guests<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 parents and friends will not enter Aula Magna;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 accompanying guests will be able to watch the ceremony broadcast in the lecture halls on the 4th floor;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 access to the lecture halls will be granted only to people with green wristbands who were registered by graduates during registration;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 the ceremony will also be streamed online on YouTube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gown rental<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Each graduate who selected the \u201ccap + gown\u201d option during registration will be able to rent the gown on the day of the event. Caps and gowns can be collected at the following times:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 before the 11:00 AM ceremony \u2013 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM<\/strong>;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 before the 3:00 PM ceremony \u2013 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The refundable deposit is PLN 100, payable in cash<\/strong>. The money will be returned after the gown is given back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 A photo wall will be available on campus \u2013 we invite you to take photos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 During the ceremony, the university bar will be open. You will be able to buy something to eat and drink, both hot and cold, depending on your preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 After the second ceremony, at around 5:45\u20136:00 PM, we invite everyone to concerts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6:00 PM \u2013 ZCC Brass Band<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7:00 PM \u2013 Students from the Music Club<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is your time \u2013 celebrate this special day with your lecturers, friends and family!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
