The programme was hosted by the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the University of Rijeka, located in picturesque Opatija, Croatia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme combined online learning with intensive on-site activities on the Adriatic coast. On 1\u20132 June, students participated in the virtual component, during which they explored topics such as consumer behaviour in tourism and destination management. Then, from 8 to 12 June, participants met in Croatia for expert lectures, project work using the \u201cGo-along research\u201d method, and a study visit to the island of Krk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme brought together students and lecturers from several European countries. Among the international lecturers were representatives of our university \u2013 Dr Joanna Kaleci\u0144ska and Dr Barbara P\u0119draszewska, who conducted workshops titled \u201cTeamwork and interpersonal relations as an important element in professional activity\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to cooperation with partner institutions from Cyprus, Bulgaria and Croatia, students developed skills essential for future tourism managers.
