This joint initiative aims to strengthen bonds, appreciate everyday work, and show how much positive energy flows between Students and Academic Staff. Positive feedback truly motivates and raises the quality of education \u2013 and we want to hear it and make it visible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How does it work?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Specially marked boxes will be placed in the main hall, near the entrance. Simply fill out a short note and drop it into the box, addressing it to a chosen person \u2013 a lecturer or a student. For those who cannot come to campus, we will prepare a virtual box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What can you say \u201cthank you\u201d for?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>inspiring classes,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>help with studies or a project,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a kind, supportive atmosphere in class,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>valuable advice, support, motivation \u2013 or simply positive energy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What\u2019s next?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The ADI team will collect all messages and create a Map of Gratitude \u2013 a visual summary of kind gestures and words that will show the scale of positive interactions at our University. It will be a beautiful picture of the community we build every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Join us 1\u20135 December.
