It means maintaining full balance between the three factors of civilization progress, i.e., economic, social, and ecological. It is a way of &#8220;managing the planet in such a way that it meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future gnerations to meet their own needs\u201d (Report of The World Comission on Environment and Development: Our Common Future).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sustainable development means community-oriented thinking and action. Implementation of sustainable development goals can take place both at the level of the state but also on the level of individuals. The Sustainability Week is an important element of our strategy. The next edition of this event will feature inspiring workshops and panel discussions with the participation of many experts and leaders from various fields. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The program will include the following topics:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EU Member States\u2019 Contributions to Achieving Net-Zero Emissions by 2050<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Global Environmental Issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private Sector Contributions to Achieving Net-Zero Emissions by 2050<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternative and Sustainable Energy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Role of Academia in Advancing Net-Zero Emission Goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green Finance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impact of Civil Society and NGOs in Driving Net-Zero Emissions Initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The effect of Climate change on me!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The highlight of the event will be the Global Fest. Our students will present music and dances from around the world. The event will take you on a wonderful, multicultural journey.
